1. This agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and FlipPilot ("we", "us", "our"). They cover FlipPilot Pro: the FlipPilot Chrome extension, the license key that unlocks it, and this website.

By buying a subscription, entering a license key, or using FlipPilot, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, don't buy or use FlipPilot.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. FlipPilot is a tool for running a selling business, and you buy it for business purposes, not for personal or household use. You accept these Terms for yourself and for the business you use FlipPilot for.

2. What FlipPilot is

FlipPilot is a Chrome extension that helps you find products on Amazon, create eBay listings from them, keep prices and stock in sync, and manage eBay orders. It runs inside your own Chrome browser and works through the Amazon and eBay accounts you are already signed in to there.

FlipPilot is a tool. You decide what to list, at what price, and whether to buy anything. FlipPilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay, Amazon, Stripe or Anthropic. Their names are used only to describe what FlipPilot works with.

3. Plans, prices and renewal

  • Monthly: $300 per month.
  • Annual: $3,000 per year, billed once a year.

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added where the law requires. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Your subscription renews automatically. At the end of each billing period (each month, or each year) Stripe charges the payment method on file for the next period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel.

Switching plans. You can switch between monthly and annual in Stripe's customer portal. A switch from monthly to annual starts the annual plan straight away and charges the full annual price; the unused part of the current month is not credited. A switch from annual to monthly takes effect when the year you paid for ends.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries the card for a while, and FlipPilot keeps working for 3 days after the renewal date so you can update your card. If the payment still hasn't gone through by then, FlipPilot stops working until it does, and the subscription may be cancelled.

We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, so you can cancel first if you don't want to continue.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel any time. In Chrome, open FlipPilot, go to License and click Manage subscription. Or, without FlipPilot, enter your license key on our Manage subscription page. Both open Stripe's secure customer portal, where you can cancel, update your card or change plan. You can also email flippilotcustomerservice@outlook.com and we will cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for: FlipPilot keeps working until then, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling does not give you a refund for the rest of that period.

Uninstalling the extension does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the portal (from FlipPilot or the Manage subscription page) or by email.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. We do not give refunds or credits for any payment, in whole or in part. This includes the first payment, monthly renewals, annual plans, unused time after you cancel, periods when you didn't use FlipPilot, and periods when a feature didn't work because Amazon or eBay changed their sites. Details are in the Refund Policy.

If you were charged by mistake because of a billing error (for example, charged twice for the same period), contact us and we will correct it. That is fixing an error, not a refund for change of mind. Switching plans in the customer portal does not give a credit for unused time (see Plans, prices and renewal).

Chargebacks and disputes: if you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer, the license for that subscription is suspended straight away, and FlipPilot stops working at its next license check. A payment flagged as fraudulent also suspends the license and cancels the subscription. Please email us first: most billing problems can be sorted out quickly.

Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by contract.

6. Your license

Each subscription comes with one license key. While your subscription is active, you may use that key on up to 2 Chrome installs (for example, a desktop and a laptop). You can free a slot in FlipPilot under License → Deactivate this device. FlipPilot checks your key with our license server when you enter it and about twice a day after that.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FlipPilot for your own selling business for as long as your subscription is paid. FlipPilot and its code remain ours; you get a right to use it, not ownership.

You may not:

  • share, sell, resell, rent, lend, publish or transfer your license key, or let people outside your business use it;
  • copy, redistribute or resell the extension or any part of it;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or tamper with FlipPilot to bypass, disable or work around the license check, the device limit or any other limit;
  • use FlipPilot for anything illegal, or to infringe anyone else's rights.

Keep your key private. If we see a key being shared or abused, we may suspend or end it without a refund.

7. eBay, Amazon and the law: your responsibility

You alone are responsible for following the rules of every marketplace and service you use with FlipPilot, including eBay's and Amazon's user agreements and policies, and for following every law that applies to your business (for example consumer protection, sales tax and VAT, income tax, product safety, import rules and intellectual property).

eBay's drop-shipping policy. eBay allows drop shipping only when you fulfil orders from a wholesale supplier. Its drop-shipping policy does not allow listing an item and then buying it from another retailer or marketplace (for example Amazon) that ships it directly to your buyer. Listing Amazon products on eBay and fulfilling the orders from Amazon, which is what FlipPilot is built to help with, can break this policy.

Automation. FlipPilot automates actions in your browser: reading product pages, creating and editing listings, syncing prices and stock, reading orders and, if you turn it on, placing orders. eBay's and Amazon's terms restrict bots, scraping and automated tools, so using FlipPilot may break those terms. eBay or Amazon may limit, suspend or close your accounts, hold your funds, remove listings or cancel orders. That risk is yours, and we are not responsible for any action they take.

Your listings and your buyers. You are the seller. You are responsible for every listing you publish, including titles and descriptions drafted by FlipPilot or its optional AI writer, so check them. Don't list items you aren't allowed to sell (such as restricted, counterfeit, recalled or rights-protected items). You handle your buyers' questions, returns, delivery problems and eBay's seller performance standards. Order data includes your buyers' names and addresses; use it only to fulfil their orders and handle it lawfully.

Your own keys. If you add your own Anthropic API key or eBay developer keys, your use of those services is governed by their terms and billed to you by them.

8. Auto-order

Auto-order is off by default. Only if you turn it on, FlipPilot places orders on your own Amazon account, paid with the payment methods saved in that account and shipped to your eBay buyer's address.

You are responsible for every order it places: the item, price, quantity, shipping address, taxes and any return. Check your Amazon orders regularly. FlipPilot runs some safety checks, but it can make mistakes, and Amazon or the seller may change prices or stock at any moment. You can turn auto-order off at any time in FlipPilot's settings.

9. No guarantee of results

FlipPilot does not guarantee any sales, profit, margin or other result. Profit figures and estimates it shows are calculated from the data it reads and the fees and settings you enter, and they can be wrong. Your results depend on you, your products, your prices, the market and the marketplaces' decisions.

10. Third-party sites and services

FlipPilot works by reading and operating Amazon's and eBay's websites, and it relies on Stripe, Cloudflare and (optionally) Anthropic. These sites and services can change or go down without notice. A change can break a feature, slow it down or make it give wrong results until we update FlipPilot. We make reasonable efforts to fix problems, but we cannot promise that any feature will keep working, and a feature affected this way is not grounds for a refund.

11. FlipPilot is provided "as is"

FlipPilot, the license server and this website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that FlipPilot will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, sales, data, goodwill or business opportunities;
  • we are not liable for limits, suspensions or closures of your eBay, Amazon or other accounts, held funds, cancelled orders, orders placed by auto-order, listing errors, or claims from your buyers or rights owners;
  • our total liability for all claims relating to FlipPilot is limited to the amount you paid us for FlipPilot in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

13. Your responsibility for claims

If someone else (for example eBay, Amazon, one of your buyers, a rights owner or a tax authority) brings a claim against us because of your listings, your orders, your use of FlipPilot, or your breach of these Terms or the law, you agree to cover our resulting losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees.

14. Suspension and termination

You can stop at any time by cancelling (see Cancelling).

We may suspend or end your license, without a refund, if you break these Terms (for example by sharing your key or trying to bypass the license check), if a payment is disputed, reversed or flagged as fraudulent, or if we must for legal reasons. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why.

When your license ends or is suspended, FlipPilot's features stop working. Data the extension stored stays in your browser until you delete it or remove the extension. If we ever stop offering FlipPilot altogether, we will give you notice where we can and stop all future renewals.

15. Changes to FlipPilot and these Terms

We may add, change or remove features, and we release updates. Some updates may be needed for FlipPilot to keep working.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will tell you by email or in FlipPilot before they apply. If you keep using FlipPilot after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you don't accept them, cancel your subscription.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or FlipPilot will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.

17. General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about FlipPilot. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer this agreement to someone else without our written consent; we may transfer it to a business that takes over FlipPilot.
