Refund Policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals, and FlipPilot keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
No refunds
FlipPilot does not give refunds, partial refunds or credits for FlipPilot Pro, for any reason. This includes:
- monthly payments and renewals at $300;
- annual plans at $3,000, including months you haven't used yet;
- switching plans: no credit is given for unused time on the plan you switch from;
- time left in a billing period after you cancel;
- periods when you didn't use FlipPilot, forgot to cancel, or changed your mind;
- features affected by changes to Amazon's or eBay's websites, or by limits on your marketplace accounts.

Cancel any time
To stop future payments, open FlipPilot in Chrome, go to License, click Manage subscription and cancel in Stripe's customer portal. Without FlipPilot (for example after uninstalling it), enter your license key on our Manage subscription page to reach the same portal. You can also email flippilotcustomerservice@outlook.com and we will cancel it for you.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. FlipPilot keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel your subscription.
Billing errors
If you think you were charged by mistake, for example charged twice for the same period or charged after your cancellation took effect, email flippilotcustomerservice@outlook.com with the date and amount. We will check it with Stripe, and a duplicate or incorrect charge caused by a billing error will be corrected. This covers genuine billing errors only; it is not an exception to the no-refunds policy for change of mind.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; billing problems are usually quicker to fix by email. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, the license for that subscription is suspended immediately, and FlipPilot stops working on all your installs at its next license check (within about 12 hours). We may also cancel the subscription, and we will give your bank our records of the purchase and these policies.
Your legal rights
This policy does not take away any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
